My Twitter ManifestoFor me twitter is all business, and my business is Healthcare 2.0 We use Twitter to share links to the latest research, new devices and software, info on conferences, and the like. The quality and quantity of information I get now - in my specific field - is amazing, because I am very careful who I follow and what I tweet. Other people are working just as hard as me to advance the state of the art, and we need signal not noise. If you tweet what you had for lunch, even once, I will unfollow you.
